We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what gets recorded automatically when you visit the site.

Information you give us

If you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. We use this only to reply to you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, Grammaxis uses standard analytics tools to understand how the site is used. This can include your general location (based on your IP address, not your exact address), the browser and device you’re using, which pages you visit, and how long you stay. This information is not tied to your name unless you’ve also submitted the contact form.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device to remember basic information between visits. Grammaxis uses cookies for two things: keeping the site running properly, and understanding overall traffic through analytics.

You can turn off cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you do, most of the site will still work, though some features may not behave as expected.

How we use your information

• To reply to messages sent through the contact form
• To understand which pages and topics are useful, so we know what to write next
• To keep the site secure and working correctly

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Sharing your information

We don’t share your personal information with outside companies, except for the tools that help us run the site, such as our hosting provider and analytics service. These providers only see what’s needed to do their job, and they don’t have permission to use it for anything else.

How long we keep information

Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to answer your question or follow up, then removed. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form and is not linked back to you individually.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we have connected to you, and you can ask us to delete it. Email hello@grammaxis.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children’s privacy

Grammaxis is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. We won’t make major changes without making them easy to notice.
